In general staff were all easy going and caring. Rooms with the bath tub as well as an amazing copper bath. The food for breakfast was good.

The weather was warm sunny, had such wonderful stay. Rooftop bar and staff was delightfully helpful. Bright and stunning units with a great view. Overall the service was amazing!

Residential location, good restaurant - good service. Extremely so hospitable staff. Modest rooms, sumptuous and well-maintained. Lots of meals for breakfast, including cheese, fruit, pastries, pancakes and breads. Automated check-in, late check-out.

Marvellous location, extra friendly personnel and a room with very comfy beds. I got free upgrade and loved it. Great variety at breakfast. Walking distance to stores and boutiques across the street. Had HELPFUL service.

Unique rooms, easygoing staff, amazing location. Easy enough to find, in the middle of Tulum. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and an absolutely perfect view. The rooftop bar was excellent and the drinks were cold. Had access to its wifi, it was efficient.

Very neat, absolutely delicious food and loyal staff. For lunch or dinner go to Restaurante Las Estrellas, located next to the hotel. You can easily park on free parking next to the venue
